Hoërskool Pionier made history by securing their first-ever title at the SPAR KZN Schoolgirls Fast 5s Netball Challenge, emerging as the Northern KZN Regional champions in Dundee. After a closely contested final against Vryheid High School—who had earlier held them to a draw—Pionier turned up the heat in the second half to secure a 14-9 win and etch their name onto the trophy.

Two talented dancers from Eshowe High School, Amukelwa Xulu and Sifundo Mpungose, have made South Africa proud by representing the country at the prestigious UDO World Championship in Blackpool. After dominating local and provincial dance sports leagues, they earned spots on the all-star national team and showed off their skills on an international platform.

Kingsway High School edged out Kuswag Skool 12–11 in a tense and tightly contested final to win their third consecutive South Coast Regional title at the SPAR KZN Schoolgirls’ Fast 5s Netball Challenge. The derby match, held at Creston College, saw both teams go head-to-head in a game where every point counted, with standout shooter Olwethu Hlongwa scoring all of Kingsway’s first-half points.

Tshiawelo High School’s u/16 netball team brought pride to Limpopo after finishing as runners-up in the Botho division at the SA Netball School Championships, held at Florida High Secondary. Coach Lemmie Masia credited their success to rigorous preparation and a relentless practice routine, which fueled their impressive performance throughout the tournament
