Kingsway High School edged out Kuswag Skool 12–11 in a tense and tightly contested final to win their third consecutive South Coast Regional title at the SPAR KZN Schoolgirls’ Fast 5s Netball Challenge. The derby match, held at Creston College, saw both teams go head-to-head in a game where every point counted, with standout shooter Olwethu Hlongwa scoring all of Kingsway’s first-half points.

Despite a dramatic second-half push from Kuswag, including two long-range shots by Clarise Botha, Kingsway’s consistency under the post secured them the win. With the margin of victory just a single point, the defending champs continue to dominate the regional circuit, while the tournament also offers matrics a shot at an R74,000 bursary through eta College.
