Defending 5A champion Olympus continued its midseason surge with a 1-0 win over Brighton, marking the teams’ first meeting since last year’s state final. Eliza Anderson’s first-half goal, intended as a cross, proved decisive as the Titans extended their region win streak to four.

Behind center backs Emma Peterson and Cammie Bontempo, Olympus posted another strong defensive effort, limiting Brighton’s chances despite second-half pressure. After a tough preseason slate, the Titans have outscored region opponents 18-3, looking every bit the contender for another championship run.
