Mati City and Davao Schools Reign Supreme at Indak-Indak sa Kadayawan 2025

The Balangay City High Performing Arts of Mati City, Davao Oriental once again claimed the top spot in the open category of Indak-Indak sa Kadayawan 2025, while Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School–Mana Performing Arts Ensemble led the school-based division. Both champions not only secured ₱1 million each but also dominated the special awards, showcasing exceptional artistry and performance.

The Balangay City High Performing Arts of Mati City, Davao Oriental once again claimed the top spot in the open category of Indak-Indak sa Kadayawan 2025, while Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School–Mana Performing Arts Ensemble led the school-based division. Both champions not only secured ₱1 million each but also dominated the special awards, showcasing exceptional artistry and performance.

The competition drew thousands of spectators as vibrant contingents from Mindanao displayed cultural pride and unity. The Pamulak sa Kadayawan floral float parade added more color, with IPI and Alorica Davao emerging as champions in the big and small float categories. Davao leaders, including Acting Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte, highlighted the importance of safety, order, and solidarity during the festivities.
