Rising Japanese swimming star Tatsuya Murasa delivered a record-breaking performance at the 47th National JOC Spring Swimming Championships in Tokyo. Just two days after turning 18, Murasa dominated the short course meters (SCM) 200 freestyle, winning gold with a blistering 1:41.47. His time shattered his own previous high school national record of 1:42.14, set last October, and put him just 0.33 seconds shy of the overall Japanese SCM record.
Students from Camarines Sur National High School (CSNHS) showcased Filipino talent on the global stage at the First Yogyakarta International Dance Carnival in Indonesia. Overcoming an early deficit, China rallied in the second quarter to take a halftime lead and never looked back.
