UP Stays Unbeaten, Rallies Past NDDU in Shakey’s Super League Davao Leg

Middle blocker Niña Ytang led the charge with 13 points, including a clutch performance in the extended second set that helped UP erase a seven-point deficit and eventually take control of the match.

Ytang’s composure and leadership proved pivotal as UP overcame a late scare in the second set, sealing it with a 7-0 run and key plays down the stretch. With contributions from Jelai Gajero, Casiey Dongallo, and Irah Jaboneta, the Fighting Maroons now look ahead to a crucial showdown against defending champion National University to determine the top team of the Davao leg.
