NU-Nazareth School secured its seventh UAAP girls’ volleyball championship with a dominant straight-sets victory over Adamson University, 33-31, 25-19, 25-17, in Game 2 of the Finals. The Lady Bullpups, led by Finals MVP Harlyn Serneche and top scorer Denesse Daylisan, avenged last season’s defeat and reaffirmed their status as one of the tournament’s most successful programs. The win marked their third Finals triumph over Adamson in four matchups, solidifying their place behind De La Salle Zobel in overall UAAP titles.

A thrilling opening-set battle set the tone for NU-Nazareth’s sweep, with Serneche delivering clutch back-to-back kills to close the set at 33-31. Riding the momentum, the Lady Bullpups capitalized on Adamson’s errors in the next two sets, sealing the title behind strong plays from Daylisan and key defensive stops from Kate Dela Peña. Despite strong performances from Adamson’s Rookie of the Year Ellaine Gonzalvo and MVP Sam Cantada, NU-Nazareth’s depth and resilience proved too much, returning the championship to their side after a one-year absence.
