The IHSAA boys basketball state finals wrapped up dramatically Saturday, highlighted by a stunning overtime upset in Class 4A. Top-ranked Fishers saw its remarkable 43-game winning streak come to an end as Jeffersonville pulled off a thrilling victory to claim the state title. The game capped off an exciting day of championship action across all classes.
In addition to Jeffersonville’s triumph, three other schools celebrated historic first-time state titles. Orleans (Class A), Manchester (Class 2A), and South Bend St. Joseph (Class 3A) each secured their programs’ first-ever championships, cementing their place in Indiana basketball history.
