The Habersham School senior Braden Schnaible shot a 2 under par round at Bacon Park Golf Course to win his second consecutive Savannah City High School Golf Championship. He fended of competition from Finn Nixon and Lane Morris to secure the victory.

Schaible managed birdies in consecutive holes at 3 and 4, with an 18 hole putt on the former being particularly impressive. He then landed a superb eagle on a 452 yard par 5 on hole 10, through a great driver shot and an accurate approach shot left him with a 3 foot putt which he made no mistake about.

Despite Schnaible's individual success, his school fell just short the Bendictine who were the top team at the tournament with a combined score of 298 to Habersham's 302.
