Clovis West Dominates 2025 CIF Central Section Swim Championships with Record-Breaking Sweep

Clovis West High School delivered a clean sweep at the 2025 CIF Central Section Swimming and Diving Championships, with standout performances from juniors Sophia Oka-Fedder and Audrey Hill on the girls’ side. Oka-Fedder shifted from the 200 IM to win the 200 freestyle in 1:50.30 and defended her 100 free title, while Hill set a meet record in the 100 butterfly at 54.82. Together, they helped set a meet record in the 400 freestyle relay and lifted Clovis West to two relay golds.

Oka-Fedder shifted from the 200 IM to win the 200 freestyle in 1:50.30 and defended her 100 free title, while Hill set a meet record in the 100 butterfly at 54.82. Together, they helped set a meet record in the 400 freestyle relay and lifted Clovis West to two relay golds.

The boys followed suit, led by Stanley Oka’s meet-record 48.20 win in the 100 fly and Jake Salcedo’s historic 500 free (4:23.46), breaking a record that stood since 1993. Clovis West also took both freestyle relays, including a 1:22.01 in the 200 free relay to break the section and meet record, capping a dominant performance that secured the overall team titles for both boys and girls
