The Bishop England Girls High School swept aside the competition enroute to a third consecutive state championship. This year marked their first appearance in the South Carolina High School Swim League (SCHSL) 4A following success in 3A in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
Ellie Chalupsky and Mia DeVito stood out for the Bishop England team, both winning 3 golds as well as 1 silver through their indivdual and relay races. Chalupsky collected two personal bests in the 100 back and 100 fly races, whilst DeVito's personal best of 23.61 made her the only girl to be sub 24.00 in the 50 free.
These performances, alongside great efforts from the rest of the team, saw the school win their third title in a row, and fourth overall in schools history.
