Provo High School

Provo’s championship run didn’t hinge on just one or two stars. It looked more like a team that finally remembered basketball is played by five people at a time. In their 62–42 win over Hurricane, the Bulldogs showcased depth, discipline, and a suspiciously effective offense that refused to settle for bad shots. Four players scored in double digits, with Lucas Castagnetto leading the charge from long range, knocking down five three-pointers on his way to 15 points. Meanwhile, Makai Allen orchestrated everything with 17 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds, while Callen Tollestrup and Griffin DeMartini added steady support. The ball movement was crisp, the shot selection was modern and efficient, and the team shot an eye-catching 50% from beyond the arc while piling up 20 assists.
