Yala’s road to the title included a gritty 7-5 semi-final win over Otieno Oyoo High School, highlighting their defensive grit and composure under pressure. In the girls’ category, Sigoti Girls emerged champions, continuing their regional dominance and joining Yala in representing Nyanza at the national level.
