The U14 hockey team finished as runners-up at the Tier 3 London County Finals, following a strong run in the competition earlier this term.
The campaign began on 8 October, when the team travelled during the school day to compete in the Tier 3 county tournament. After three matches in their pool, the side finished second behind Radnor House, while recording the highest number of goals scored across the entire tournament.
Progressing to the knockout stage, the team hosted Thomas’s College in the semi-final. The closely contested match went into extra time, where a decisive goal from a short corner with five minutes remaining secured a 1–0 victory and booked a place in the London County Final.
In the final, the team faced Radnor House once again. Despite a competitive performance, the match ended in a narrow 1–0 defeat, confirming a second-place finish in the Tier 3 London competition.
Overall, the tournament marked a positive achievement for the squad, reflecting both consistency and resilience across the county and regional stages.
