Campbell College start the 2025 season with success at Ulster Schools Junior and Intermediate Swimming Championships

Campbell College swim team has started their 2025 campaign strongly, achieving various medals in the first event of their swimming season.

Campbell College swim team has started their 2025 campaign strongly, achieving various medals in the first event of their swimming season. Held at the Blair Mayne Sports complex in Newtownards, the Belfast school managed 3 golds, a silver and two bronzes across the team.

5th year student Reuben showcased his talent with a gold in the e50M Butterfly, Silver in the 50M Free and bronze in 100M IM. He was also involved in both the gold medals in the 4 x 50M Medley and Freestyle relay events.

The relay team also consisted of 3rd year Jacob, as well as 5th years Ben and James. Jacob secured the school's other medal with a bronze in the 50M Free and narrowly missed out in another, coming 4th in the 100M IM.

These performance's demonstrate the talent within the team who will be hungry for more success when they go to the Bath Cup and John Nelson Medley in a few days, looking to replicate their performances at home.
